Red Wines

In this wine, roast hazelnut precedes ripe, dark-cherry notes that seem to find their way straight to a pleasure center of the brain. The palate follows in a hedonistic flow of ripe, velvety dark cherry, perfumed with a hint of Amarena.

Côtes-du-Rhône produced by blending Grenache, Mourèdre and Syrah from old vines adjacent to the AOC Châteauneuf (Le Coudoulet, Les Champauvins). Fat and full-bodied with aromas of blackberries, thyme, bay leaves and black olives.

Rich and fine wine with generally soft tannins. A Pinot Noir that plays on power without losing its characteristic finesse. It goes well with meats and cheeses.

The nose has aromas of red fruit typical of Pinot Noir. On the palate it is light, fresh and with good acidity. Ideal paired with grilled meat and cheese dishes. It is recommended to drink it within 3 years of the harvest.

Dark purple or ruby, often centered around raspberries, cherries, licorice, sometimes purple wine. Taste frank and decisive, pleasant tannins when ripe, full-bodied but without excess. This vineyard has been able to carry out a patient and courageous reconquest. Overlooking the coast from Gevrey-Chambertin to the Bois de Corton, the Hautes Côtes de Nuits are steeped in wild beauty.

Elegant, complex and fine nose. At the beginning it develops aromas of black fruits, to which are added subtle notes of blueberry, graphite, toasted wood and spices. The wine demonstrates balance, fruit, sweetness, gluttony and precision in the mouth, offering a nice tension.

Six hectares cultivated according to organic farming methods, some of which are processed with the help of the horse, from whose grapes wines of extreme finesse and elegance are obtained. Adjectives abound for this small Domaine, where the wines are a perfect balance between the "silkiness" and the complexities of Gevrey's Terroir.

The purplish color, the mixed aromas where candied plum, apricot and spices collide, the fleshy, powerful, elegant and refined flavors, leave a sensation of wonder, almost to the limit of the intangible.

A classic Bordeaux cut with Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot base. The vintage already makes it perfect for tasting, even if it can easily age in the cellar for many years. An opulent, rich and elegant wine, which goes well with rich red meat dishes.

The company is classified as a "Grand Cru Classé", last confirmed in 2012. The vineyards extend over eight hectares with Merlot (65%), Cabernet Franc (30%) and Cabernet Sauvignon (5%). The long-lasting red wine ages from 15 to 18 months in 50% new barriques.
