Ornello 2019 Jeroboam 3 Lt. - Rocca di Frassinello
Created as a tribute to the cowboys who remain the symbol of the land of Maremma, strong and elegant at the same time. The Orello, is the long pointed stick, with which the cattle are still moved today. It is characterized by a consistent percentage of Syrah grapes that make it very full and rich, while maintaining the elegance and freshness typical of Rocca di Frassinello wines.

Barolo "Gavarini Chiniera" 2016 - Elio Grasso
The vinification of Barolo Gavarini Chiniera involves alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, with daily pumping over. Once malolactic fermentation has taken place, the wine is aged in 25 hectolitre Slavonian oak barrels. After bottling, the Barolo Gavarini Chiniera rests in the cellar for 8-10 months before being sold.
