Tasting notes: Intense ruby red color, ample aromas of red fruits. In the mouth it has a great texture, soft and round tannins and a long and enveloping finish.
Pairings: It goes well with savory first courses and game such as deer, wild boar, hare. Also recommended with birds such as wild duck.
