After a 36-month rest in Slavonian and French oak woods, Brunello is further refined in the bottle for a year, expressing its most elegant characteristics during long years of proper preservation

On the nose, it opens up after a brief aeration to reveal notes of leather and eucalyptus, together with spicy and balsamic hints. Flavour: The perception of the drink is ample but not invasive, with a well-governed structure and a calibrated and harmonious digestion of the contribution of wood. Colour: Garnet red, tending towards orange with age.
