Area of origin: Vigneto Cerretta, Serralunga d'Alba Grape variety: 100% Nebbiolo Vinification and ageing: Fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks with maceration of the skins for about 4 weeks and frequent pumping over. Maturation in large casks (20/60hl) for 30 months and subsequent 6-8 months in bottle.
