Red Wines

The typical Austrian grape variety that makes a fruity, pleasant-to-drink wine: fine and subtle, with a touch of filigree and spiciness.

On the palate it has an abundance of berries; in the foreground more recognizable are the notes of raspberry and dark cherry. The tannins are barely perceptible. It is fresh, very pleasant, soft and drinkable.

In Enemigo Mío the freshness and all the aromatic potential of this grape is sought, where the peculiarities of a terroir like La Raja will be shown. Nice burgundy red color, not very intense. Wild red fruits, cherries, picota, blueberries, hints of strawberry caramel. Maceration and fermentation in French oak fudres at a temperature of 25 ° gives it subtle aromas of spices, cocoa and nuts....

Appearance: Deep red ruby with brick-coloured reflections. Aroma: Mature red fruit, berries. Flavor: Mature fruit, nicely expressed tannins; pleasantly soft with a full body and a warm ending.

A wine made from 100% Malbec from vineyards over 1000 metres above sea level in the Mendoza region of Argentina. The grapes are harvested by hand and after a traditional fermentation the wine matures for about 12 months in cement tanks. A great structure supported by an acid shoulder make it a pleasant and very elegant wine, suitable for a good meat course.
