The Rot is a 100% Pinot Noir coming from vines grown with organic methods on a clayey-limestone soil. On the nose, aromas of strawberries, cherries and vanilla blend with hints of coconut and toasted wood. On the palate it is dry, medium-bodied with a pleasant acidity. 8 years aging potential.

On the palate it has an abundance of berries; in the foreground more recognizable are the notes of raspberry and dark cherry. The tannins are barely perceptible. It is fresh, very pleasant, soft and drinkable.

MIX red is a blend of a selection of vineyards from the Bierzo and the Ribeiro regions. All vineyards are plan- ted with local varieties that best express the identity of each region.
