Barbera of great elegance and structure, ideal as a combination with cured meats and meat dishes. A short aging in barrique makes it suitable for long aging even if it expresses its freshness at best in the first 3/4 years from marketing.

The grapes come from the most suitable hills in the classic production area. Traditional ageing methods maintain the grape's characteristics of freshness and typicality.
