Red Wines

This Barolo is obtained with grapes from the younger and more exuberant vineyards of both the Municipality of La Morra and Monforte d’Alba, vinified together as was done in the past, to harmonize the different characteristics.

Medium to pale crimson. The bouquet is attractively perfumed, the red fruit starts gently at the front of the palate then gains weight, and I like the drier structure at the back because the fruit can keep pace with it. Not at the moment in the same harmony as the Gevrey but this will certainly come.

The Rocche dell’Annunziata are certainly one of the most coveted Geographical Mention in La Morra. A rather homogeneous cru, mainly exposed to the south-east, between La Morra and the Annunziata district.
