Excellent roundness, gentleness and sweetness, with an organoleptic thickness without any edges. Excellent structure with great balance and persistence.

It is a blend of 70% Merlot, 25% Sangiovese and 5% Cabernet Sauvignon, which ages in French barriques (two thirds new) for 20 months and for at least one year in bottle. With very fine tannins and a persistent finish, Il BLU presents itself as a wine of great structure, which fascinates for its complexity and elegance.
