Grignolino owes its name to the abundance of grape seeds (in dialect grignole) that make its taste so distinctive. Ruchè comes from a rare Piedmontese grape variety that is cultivated exclusively in a small area in the province of Asti . Thanks to its typical and very pleasant aromatic note, it has always been considered a special wine, to be reserved for festive occasions, celebrations and solemnities. Its great pleasantness makes it particularly enjoyable in combination with the entire meal.
