Claré JC is a unique wine. It is the reinterpretation of a forgotten Nebbiolo, appreciated in its lightest and freshest form. The vinification protocol is inspired by the notes of G.B. Croce from 1606: the wine is bottled immediately after fermentation, in order to maintain a sweet finish and a beautiful drinking energy. Light ruby red color. Obtained from Nebbiolo grapes from Barolo thanks to a shorter vinification and a limited aging period. It is ruby red, with fruity and herbaceous hints, on the palate it is full and harmonious. Excellent on medium-aged cheeses and cold cuts. Serve at 16-17 degrees. It can evolve optimally for 5-7 years.
