The Mandois Blanc de Blancs (100% Chardonnay) is a blend of several terroirs where the Chardonnay finds itself particularly at home. Perfectly representative of the vintage, it is only slightly sweetened to allow the natural character of the Chardonnay to develop to the full.

A pleasure to share with your friends for aperitif. Fineness, elegance and refinement are the main characteristics of this wine which has to be a privilege.

On the nose, Mannaz develops mature and generous aromas of peach, dried fruits (almond, hazelnut) and sweet spices. The whole register of maturity and evolution is offered in mouth. Pear, baked apple and ripe fruit expresses finesse. The finish is rich and dense, promising a high quality.  

View: gold dress. Fine bubbles. Nose: aromas of green apples and yellow fruits (mango, apricot). Taste: round and elastic. Notes of white fruit and toast.

Appearance: light golden yellow. Fine white foam Bouquet: elegant nose, embellished with candied and dried fruit. Apricot jam rub shoulders with hazelnuts and almonds. After a few minutes, lime and acacia honey appear Taste: citrus fruits predominate: first orange then grapefruit

A wine with a perfect balance, combining aromatic richness and delicacy on the palate. It pairs well with tapas, pâté-en-croute, cheese boards and plates of charcuterie.

A purer expression of the Chardonnay of the Cote de Blancs, this non-dosed Champagne expresses all the elegance and strength of the mythical area from which it derives. The nose is fresh and full, powerful and fat in the mouth with a subtle finish, certainly due to the zero dosage. A Champagne for every occasion, never banal and with an excellent value for money.

This wine is the result of 3 different vintages, all from Grand Crü vineyards and always 100% Pinot Noir. Aged for at least 3 years in the bottle, it is then put on the market without being dosed. A sharp wine, decidedly taut and powerful, perfect to accompany dishes of moderate importance.
