The new "Parusso Metodo Classico" Nebbiolo based Spumante wine has always been inclined to rediscover old traditions, a wine that is part of the centuries-old history of Italian and Piemontese sparkling wines.

The Mandois Blanc de Blancs (100% Chardonnay) is a blend of several terroirs where the Chardonnay finds itself particularly at home. Perfectly representative of the vintage, it is only slightly sweetened to allow the natural character of the Chardonnay to develop to the full.

The 2012 harvest of Pinot Noir took place in the second half of August and the excellent climatic conditions favored the development of primary aromas, amplifying the fruity notes of the bunch. Colora is intense straw yellow, thick pearl, fine and persistent. On the nose it is elegant, fruity and fragrant with a slight hint of yeast. The taste combines freshness, minerality and structure.

On the nose, Mannaz develops mature and generous aromas of peach, dried fruits (almond, hazelnut) and sweet spices. The whole register of maturity and evolution is offered in mouth. Pear, baked apple and ripe fruit expresses finesse. The finish is rich and dense, promising a high quality.
