Champagne Grand Cru “Zero” Blanc de Noirs Non Dosé - Pierson Cuvelier

The Maison Pierson Cuvelier is located in Louvois, Grand Cru commune of the Montagne de Reims. Established in 1901, it is currently run by the fifth generation of vignerons and owns several parcels of vineyards located in 13 different Grand Cru and Premier Cru della Montagne municipalities, for a total of about 8 hectares. This great fragmentation allows the current owner, Monsieur François Pierson, to select the right grapes in order to develop traditional wines rich in aromas and finesse. During the seasons, the meticulous work in the vineyard and the love for the land and the territory allow us to bring healthy grapes to the cellar, the result of a year of work carried out in respect of nature, without the use of synthetic substances. The grapes are processed with rigor using the best technologies both in thermo-controlled tanks and in wooden barrels and give life to Champagne produced with a secret recipe handed down from generation to generation. The different Cuvées finally finish their maturation pampered in the company cellar dug into the chalk. Pierson Cuvelier combines respect for the vineyard and traditions with modernity and technology, so that all Cuvées retain the characteristics of a great Champagne.
