A versatile gin with a dry taste, following the Italian and Piedmontese botanical tradition, with a light Mediterranean and balsamic finish given by the bay leaf and rosemary

The nose has marked hints of coriander and juniper to which are added notes of sweet flowers and ripe fruits such as quince, raspberry and small citrus fruits. In the background there are balsamic nuances of the woody spruce shoots and a touch of pepper. This is followed by a light fruity tone, which in turn turns into a nice cardamom spice.

Elegant, fine and complex nose, dominated by floral notes at the beginning, followed by juniper and a refreshing citrus touch. To finish with a blend of spice aromas. On the palate the attack is quite soft. The juniper taste then appears evident and dominant. Very intense with a persistent floral finish.
