Saneha - Distilled Gin

Gin made from a blend of Thai botanicals, carefully selected and prepared by hand. The product comes from a double distillation in an alembic typical of the Armagnac region. In the first distillation, the alcohol is extracted from sugar cane and pineapple from the island of Phuket with geographical indication. In the subsequent distillation, the additional botanicals are distilled. In tasting, it is characterised by its tropical character and floral notes, with a particular sweetness from the pineapple and Thai sugar cane. It also develops spicy notes derived from makwean. Trivia: each botanical is connected with the essence of Saneha through their symbolic power: makwean represents confidence and boldness; juniper healing and good health; sugar cane eternal love and compassion; pineapple warmth, friendship and hospitality; coriander passion and loyalty; ginger blossoms are an expression of unconditional love and cloves of courage and strength.
