There are more than 200 lighthouses on the Scottish coast. Often associated with home, family and feeling safe, the lighthouse gave Brave New Spirits the inspiration for the Lighthouse product line. An invitation to drink with friends and family, Lighthouse Unpeated is a blended unpeated whisky that is aged in casks previously used for Spanish sherry and American bourbon. Fifteen per cent single malt whisky is added to the blend, while the minimum required by law is five per cent. This gives the distillate more smoothness and makes it easy to drink. Amber-coloured, it is very fruity on the palate, with notes of cereal, vanilla and honey.
