Sparkling Wines

Pale gold colour, amber reflections. Elegant and floral nose, spicy and dried fruit notes. Tart, ample, fruity and tense on the palate.

The cuvèe is a blend of 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay, using a 50% reserve wine and refining in the bottle for no less than 18 months. Golden yellow in color, the nose has hints of pear and peach that mix with notes of vanilla, white pepper and citrus. On the palate it is initially fresh and then continues with mineral and biscuit notes.

A decisive character for a sparkling wine that makes itself felt and which, not surprisingly, has the word “salvàdek” in its name: in the Brescia dialect it means “wild”. It is made in the best vintages only with carefully selected grapes from the oldest and best exposed vineyards of the company. It is produced with 95% Chardonnay grapes and 5% reserve wine.

The nose is extremely elegant with saline notes that leave room for hints of small red fruits and rose petal.
