The Cuvée Rosè represents another flagship of Ca' dei Frati's production. The idea of a rosé sparkling wine was born thinking about the potential of the grapes already used for the production of Rosa dei Frati.
The Cuvée Rosè is obtained after a rest on the lees for 24 months during which it takes on both olfactory and gustatory complexity.
Its perlage is very fine and its color, of an antique pink, immediately suggests the fabric of this rosé sparkling wine.
