Made exclusively from Pinot Meunier grapes from the vineyards on Mont Marvin, this 2011 vintage Champagne has all the power and minerality typical of Blanc de Noirs, with a great elegance due to the very low dosage and the ageing of over 60 months on the lees. A great wine for any occasion.

Creamy foam and persistent perlage. Golden color with slightly hinted greenish nuances. Very fine bouquet, complex, with hints of honey, ripe apple and hazelnut. Full taste, elegant, austere and of excellent material.

Golden appearance with slightly coppery reflections. The aroma is expressive, reminiscent of the fleshy fruits of the apple orchard. The taste is vinous, long and straight; ripe apple and pear dominate.

From the high hills of the Langa, in calcareous siliceous soils, Pinot nero grapes are obtained with extraordinary characteristics that make the Alta Langa docg, unique for freshness and typicality even after many years of maturation.
