Sparkling Wines

This is an abundant and delicious harvest, this 2006 Blanc de Blancs Vintage recalls the scents of calissons and candied orange peel. Harmony and generosity are combined. Elegant wine that can be appreciated as an aperitif, but also at the table.

The Vajasindi estate, on the slopes of Mount Etna, is the site of indigenous vines but it is also the home of Pinot Noir, which today finds a new expression on this volcanic soil. In fact, Duca Nero is born, the Pinot Noir sparkling with the Charmat method, which combines elegance and freshness on the nose with a palate in which a unique minerality stands out.

"Assemblage 2009" by Bruno Paillard is obtained from the assembly of chardonnay (50%) and pinot noir (50%), 20% fermented in vats.

"Assemblage 2012" by Bruno Paillard is obtained from grapes of the eight best crus in the heart of Champagne.

Fragrant, cheerful and carefree, our zero-dosage Spumante is made with Turbiana grapes, our native vine. Grapes so rich in fixed acidity made us think about the production of a classic method. The nose is extremely elegant with saline notes that leave room for hints of small red fruits and rose petal. On the palate it is pleasant and tasty, the fruity flavors are found and all the elegance is confirmed. The bubble is delicate and caressing, the saline sensation and freshness highlight the ease of drinking of this sparkling wine.
