Blanc de Blanc originated as a limited edition of Doppio Erre Di, from which it differed in aging time. Today it is made with only the must flower of 100% Chardonnay grapes, fermented exclusively in steel. After a period of at least 36 months on the lees, a long aging in the bottle follows, giving, in addition to the usual freshness, a pleasant evolutionary note and an important structure. Attractive, fresh and juicy. It is a wine with exquisite sapidity, capable of enchanting and always making one wish for another taste.
Very bright straw color, where the grape variety puts its stamp on it and leaves very delicate green hues; on the nose it immediately expresses great floral and complex citrus scents, bergamot, cedar, acacia flowers and white pepper are just some of the descriptors. In the mouth it expresses great tension, exuberant freshness, excellent salinity; the finish is long and manifests chalky, vibrant sensations; it will be capable of evolving and changing for several years.
