Made with Chandon sparkling wine, awarded 'Best Argentine Sparkling Wine 2020' (World Champagne and Sparkling Wine Championships), a delicious, high quality Brut made from Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Sémillion grapes blended with a locally prepared bitter orange liqueur made with natural extracts of orange peel, herbs and a secret mix of spices.

The wine is rich in fruity and floral aromas, notes of hawthorn and acacia stand out. In the mouth, it is elegant, with character, well-balanced sweet sensations and marked freshness. It offers on the palate a delicate aromatic note...

The colour is pale yellow, with a fine, persistent perlage that enhances a youthful freshness. On the nose, hints of acacia flowers and citrus fruits clearly prevail. On the palate, the mineral note given by the soil typical of the Montello hills is very noticeable. It goes well with raw fish and shellfish dishes.
