The new "Parusso Metodo Classico" Nebbiolo based Spumante wine has always been inclined to rediscover old traditions, a wine that is part of the centuries-old history of Italian and Piemontese sparkling wines.

ONLY AND EXCLUSIVELY PINOT NERO: A not easy choice but with exciting results. From the high hills of the Langa, in calcareous siliceous soils, Pinot nero grapes are obtained with extraordinary characteristics that make the Alta Langa docg, unique for freshness and typicality even after many years of maturation.

Produced exclusively from chardonnay grapes harvested at the right degree of ripeness to enhance its quality. Maximum expression of the terroir, Franciacorta Saten has a generously creamy mousse with a very fine and persistent perlage that for its grace and gentleness could be recommended to ladies not accustomed to drinking wine.

A product that goes well with seafood crudités, shellfish and fish dishes. Franciacorta produced without the use of exogenous sugars from phenolically mature grapes. Self-produced grape must is used in refermentation and disgorgement, respecting the integrity of the fruit and enhancing the terroir. 

The pinot noir gives this wine body and structure without neglecting its typical floral scents and aromas (red fruit), allowing it to be used throughout a meal at a serving temperature of 7° C.

Pink onion skin with white foam, very fine and persistent perlage. It smells of flowers (wild rose) and small red berry fruits (raspberry). Fine and complex aroma, dry, dry and graceful flavor.

Yellow with light golden reflections. Very fine and persistent perlage. Intense aroma, complex of peach flowers, honey and hazelnuts. Fresh and inviting taste, soft and subtle.

Colora is intense straw yellow, thick pearl, fine and persistent. On the nose it is elegant, fruity and fragrant with a slight hint of yeast. The taste combines freshness, minerality and structure.

The colour is pale pink, the perlage thick, fine and persistent. The nose is elegant, fruity, fresh and fragrant with a slight hint of yeast. On the palate it combines freshness, elegance and good persistence, making it suitable both as an aperitif and as an accompaniment throughout a meal.

The scent is very intense, complex, with floral and fruity scents, rich in secondary aromas that give particular finesse, such as honey and dried fruit. In the mouth it is elegant and sapid. The perfect acid balance brings out a pleasant freshness. The finish is clean with a fine and persistent aftertaste.
