      A product that goes well with seafood crudités, shellfish and fish dishes. Franciacorta produced without the use of exogenous sugars from phenolically mature grapes. Self-produced grape must is used in refermentation and disgorgement, respecting the integrity of the fruit and enhancing the terroir. 

      Size

      Produced from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes harvested under favourable climatic and harvesting conditions that allow the grapes to reach optimal ripeness.

      The fermentation of the base wine takes place in steel tanks where it stays for about 8 months. After drawing, it matures on the lees for a period of more than 36 months.

      After disgorgement, bottle ageing follows to impart the unmistakable and intense aromas and flavours. Being a Dosage Zero during disgorgement, top-up is carried out exclusively with the same wine. A full-bodied wine well structured in taste, it denotes a straw yellow colour well accentuated by time with a fine and continuous perlage. The nose is complex, clean and linear with tones of grapefruit, pineapple and a toasted hazelnut finish. The palate is round and dry with a bright acidic streak that makes it extremely easy to drink.
