Second edition of Bollinger's PN collection, PN VZ16 is a blend with a unique flavor that highlights the distinctive characteristics of the wines of the Verzenay terroir, the main cru of its blend. The high percentage of Verzenay in this edition's blend brings the Pinot Noir characteristics of this terroir to the wine: depth, elegance and tension.

Composed of 66% Pinot Noir and 34% Chardonnay, it has been defined as a "multi-millésimé" Champagne. In its cuvée, at least four great vintages of previous vintages from the "Vins de Réserve ”. This gives a roundness and a complexity that with four years of aging in the cellar are refined in a perfect balance

"The 2008 Comtes de Champagne Rosé is bright, steely and finely chiseled right out of the gate. It shows quite a bit or energy and also more overall tension than the Blanc today. The body is brilliant, golden straw yellow in colour. The bubbles are fine. The mousse is discreet and persistent. The body, intense and sparkling, is bright pink in colour. The bubbles are fine. The mousse is persistent. The nose is broad and expressive, fresh and young at the same time and releases aromas of red fruits (freshly crushed wild raspberries, cherries, blackcurrants). Alta Langa Brut entered the battery only a few years ago. It is the bubble of the Langa, it follows a strict specification that determines a very high standard of quality. The vines grow above 500 metres above sea level and give the wine freshness and good acidity The very low residual sugar enhances elegance and finesse, character and persistence.

The Alta Langa Rosè is a bubble with a character all its own. The pinot noir, with light maceration of its skins, gives structure and slightly more complex aromas. The good acidity makes for pleasant drinking and one glass leads to another!

A rich and complex bouquet revealing aromas of tart and candied fruits (lemon), citrus notes, where pollen (white flower), toasted hazelnut and Madagascar vanilla mingle.
