This wine is the promotion of one terroir, one job, one plot, one stem, and a wine making. Because Champagne is a mosaic of vineyards, we propose you the visit of the vineyard called Les Grimpants.

Creamy foam and persistent perlage. Golden color with slightly hinted greenish nuances. Very fine bouquet, complex, with hints of honey, ripe apple and hazelnut. Full taste, elegant, austere and of excellent material.

Visual aspect : very nice golden yellow, a fine and persistent bubble Nose : fruity nose, peach aroma In the mouth : an aromatic complexity, based on white fruit aromas. A length, lively, precise, with a strong potential.

The cuvèe is a blend of 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay, using a 50% reserve wine and refining in the bottle for no less than 18 months. Golden yellow in color, the nose has hints of pear and peach that mix with notes of vanilla, white pepper and citrus. On the palate it is initially fresh and then continues with mineral and biscuit notes.

Color: A light and luminous yellow, fine and elegant bubbles Nose: Frank, fine, very elegant, with aromas of white flowers and some notes of vanilla, due to barrel aging On the palate: a frank and mineral attack, aromas of crunchy peaches and sour melon. A long and round finish with citrus and mandarin notes.
