Vinification: pressing and first fermentation 70% in thermoregulated steel tanks and 30% in barrique Aging: 24 months in the bottle on its own lees, marketed at least 4 months after the dégorgement Bottling: bottling 7 months after harvest

Golden appearance with slightly coppery reflections. The aroma is expressive, reminiscent of the fleshy fruits of the apple orchard. The taste is vinous, long and straight; ripe apple and pear dominate.

TRENTODOC with a unique elegance, obtained from the skilful cuvèe of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir harvested by hand and with a permanence on the lees for at least 24 months, for a pure, sincere product, the result of the best expression of an extraordinary terroir and of the man who has intuited the character and potential.

Blanc de Blanc originated as a limited edition of Doppio Erre Di, from which it differed in aging time. Today it is made with only the must flower of 100% Chardonnay grapes, fermented exclusively in steel. After a period of at least 36 months on the lees, a long aging in the bottle follows, giving, in addition to the usual freshness, a pleasant evolutionary note and an important structure....
