TRENTODOC with a unique elegance, obtained from the skilful cuvèe of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir harvested by hand and with a permanence on the lees for at least 24 months, for a pure, sincere product, the result of the best expression of an extraordinary terroir and of the man who has intuited the character and potential.
The color is bright straw yellow, soft and abundant foam, subtle and persistent perlage.
On the nose it has a good and fine intensity, with light hints of apple and bread crust.
The Zero Dosage processing allows to maintain and enhance the delicate fruit notes and in the mouth it is dry and decisive with hints of pear and a good acidulous vein. It goes well with shoulder ham, Parmesan cheese and fish, shellfish, sushi and sashimi appetizers, but also a total match for a summer lunch.
