La Gabacha 100% Sauvignon Blanc. The grapes are macerated briefly and only free-run must is used in fermentation. Vineyards are aged between 20 and 30 years of the Sauvignon Blanc variety, located in the municipality of Valdestillas, Valladolid, with an altitude of 750 meters, mechanized harvest and night harvest.

El Gordo del Circo comes from old vineyards in Olmedo, in the province of Valladolid, where Verdejo expresses all its character.

The vine located in the Vall d’Albaida region is of limestone origin. The limestone layer absorbs moisture like a sponge, leaving the upper layer to act as a barrier, thus contributing to perfect root development. Born from the blend of Verdil grape, typical of Valencia, which gives very fresh and fruity wines and Viognier grape with its aromatic bouquet of raisins, orange blossom and lime....

Composed mainly of the indigenous Verdil variety. The blend is completed with Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Viognier. The grapes are placed in a cold room for 15 days at -5o °. It is partially fermented in French oak barrels thus adding more complex aromas (toasted, spices) and a velvety aftertaste. White wine, strong and fruity, organic, vegan. Appearance: Light copper with amber shades. Aroma: Quince, ripe pear, baked “pituralka” pear from Brda, hints of thyme. Flavor: Distinct minerality, citrus, and thyme. Gentle and sweet tannins with long, fresh, and lasting aftertaste rounded with roasted almonds.

An uncommon blend for a German producer, Pinot Blanc and Chardonnay are perfectly balanced in this wine with great acidity and drinkability. Freshness and sweetness leave the palate perfectly clean.
