Sagamore is a modern Maryland-style rye whiskey that draws inspiration from the Maryland distilling tradition through its balanced flavour profile, while offering rich flavours that appeal to today's whiskey lovers.

Launched in 2010, Edinburgh Gin is the original Scottish London Dry Gin. Among its 14 botanicals stand out lavender, pine, milk thistle seeds, mulberry and hazelnuts with refreshing aromas given by fresh lemon peel and Lemongrass.

White Rum produced by assembling mainly rums aged from 18 months to 5 years in Bourbon and Canadian Whiskey barrels and filtered to remove the color. The rums used are distilled mainly with multicolumn alembics and only to a small extent by single column stills

135 East is a small batch dry gin distilled using botanicals typical of both Japan and the English tradition of London Dry Gin. The result is a perfectly balanced, complex and harmonious gin that is an expression of the rich Japanese culture. Gin owes its name to the meridian 135 which crosses the city of Akashi in the prefecture of Hyogo.

Complex and elegant rum with notes of dried fruit, toasted nuts and caramel. On the palate it is full and enveloping with hints of demerara, coffee, tobacco and a slightly citrusy finish. A rum to be enjoyed neat or with ice, perfect accompanied by dark chocolate or a good cigar.

The nose has marked hints of coriander and juniper to which are added notes of sweet flowers and ripe fruits such as quince, raspberry and small citrus fruits. In the background there are balsamic nuances of the woody spruce shoots and a touch of pepper. This is followed by a light fruity tone, which in turn turns into a nice cardamom spice.
