'Sarpa' in Veneto dialect means 'marc', the raw material from which Grappa is made. Sarpa di Poli is made from grape marc with a floral and delicately herbaceous aroma, steam-distilled in copper cauldrons on a discontinuous cycle.

This Grappa has been patiently stored in the Distillery's underground cellars in small French oak barrels. Sarpa Barrique is raised in small 225 litre French oak barrels. In its simplicity and elegance it encapsulates all the history and passion for distillation of the Poli family.

Hatozaki pure malt Whiskey is produced by blending malts aged in three different barrels: ex-bourbon, ex-sherry and in barriques produced with the precious Mizunara wood (typical Japanese oak). Aging in Mizunara gives the distillate notes of sandalwood and incense. The nose is rich with notes of dried fruit, sweet cereals, honey, incense and sandalwood.

Amber color with gold highlights. The nose is intense and ethereal with notes of spices, toasted barrel and a light and pleasant hint of vanilla. On the palate tobacco and leather blend with bitter chocolate and accompany the long, enveloping finish. Small percentage of 50-year-old Rum Solera.

Characterized by elegant aromas of white peach, flowers and spices. The palate is smooth and flavorful with a balanced finish between spice and wood aromas.

Of all Tullibardine's expressions, 228 Burgundy best represents the connection between the Picard family, winemakers in Burgundy, and the distillery. After an initial aging in ex-bourbon barrels, the whisky is further aged in 228-liter barrels that have previously contained Pinot Noir from Au Pied du Mont Chauve in Chassagne-Montrachet. Tullibardine was closed from 1993 to 2003. This fine single malt aged for 15 years is emblematic of the Highland distillery's revival. The whiskey is aged in first-pass ex-bourbon casks and the nose reveals complex aromas of hay, violets, baked apple, cloves and vanilla. The palate is intense with hints of "scones" (a Scottish gastronomic specialty), strawberry jam, custard and spicy notes....

On the nose, this VSOP is subtle and delicate, slowly revealing itself during tasting. Initially a concentration of fresh fruit, particularly pear, it quickly evolves towards floral notes and then dry hay. Finally, pastry notes gradually take over. This Armagnac is perfectly balanced, with a silky attack, a medium-full palate and an unexpected length for a spirit aged only 6 years.
