The Vajasindi estate, on the slopes of Mount Etna, is the site of indigenous vines but it is also the home of Pinot Noir, which today finds a new expression on this volcanic soil. In fact, Duca Nero is born, the Pinot Noir sparkling with the Charmat method, which combines elegance and freshness on the nose with a palate in which a unique minerality stands out.

Edition with Gift Box and degraffeur, a tool designed by Champagne Henri Giraud to open the bottle of Ay Grand Cru.
