After fermentation in Argonne forest barrels, the wine is aged on the lees for 48 months before disgorging Complex and elegant at the same time, Henri Giraud MV17 rides the more contemporary style of the Maison of Ay, with Champagne that emphasize elegance and pleasantness of drink rather than power
Although it can be served as an aperitif, it gives its best in combination with shellfish dishes, savory fish and white meats.
