The nose is extremely elegant with saline notes that leave room for hints of small red fruits and rose petal. On the palate it is pleasant and tasty, the fruity flavors are found and all the elegance is confirmed. The Alta Langa Rosè is a bubble with a character all its own. The pinot noir, with light maceration of its skins, gives structure and slightly more complex aromas. The good acidity makes for pleasant drinking and one glass leads to another!

Color: fine and persistent perlage, intense straw yellow with golden reflections. Bouquet: bouquet of great complexity and finesse, with hints of ripe cedar, orange peel.
