Sparkling Wines

Second edition of Bollinger's PN collection, PN VZ16 is a blend with a unique flavor that highlights the distinctive characteristics of the wines of the Verzenay terroir, the main cru of its blend. The high percentage of Verzenay in this edition's blend brings the Pinot Noir characteristics of this terroir to the wine: depth, elegance and tension.

The elegance of the fruit is associated with its delicacy: flavors of pear, fresh almonds and tarte Tatin are distinguished by the uniqueness of a chiseled and mineral Pinot Noir with notes of citrus and candied lemon. A velvety persistence in the mouth with a salty note in the finish.

Composed of 66% Pinot Noir and 34% Chardonnay, it has been defined as a "multi-millésimé" Champagne. In its cuvée, at least four great vintages of previous vintages from the "Vins de Réserve ”. This gives a roundness and a complexity that with four years of aging in the cellar are refined in a perfect balance

The 2009 harvest offered a complex wine that is characterised by its richness, its freshness, its generous aromatic expression, and its balance.
