Doppio Erre Di stands for Delayed Degorgement Recently Degorged, in the sense that the degorgement (i.e. the final phase of the production of the Franciacorta method) is deliberately delayed after long months of aging, and that the bottles are delivered freshly degorged to ensure maximum freshness.

Prosecco in its driest version is elegant, fruity, harmonious, an ideal wine for a fried fish or a gourmet pizza. Sparkling with the Martinotti method, Brut is the prosecco with the lowest sugar residue and therefore suitable for any sweet or savory occasion.

Made from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes in the classic method with re-fermentation in the bottle. It is harvested during the coolest hours of the day and with the use of dry ice to preserve the characteristics of the grapes. It remains sur lie for a minimum of thirty months in the bottle before being degorged.

Blanc de Blanc originated as a limited edition of Doppio Erre Di, from which it differed in aging time. Today it is made with only the must flower of 100% Chardonnay grapes, fermented exclusively in steel. After a period of at least 36 months on the lees, a long aging in the bottle follows, giving, in addition to the usual freshness, a pleasant evolutionary note and an important structure....
