A decisive character for a sparkling wine that makes itself felt and which, not surprisingly, has the word “salvàdek” in its name: in the Brescia dialect it means “wild”. Classic Method Brut Nature Millesimato, 100% Pinot Noir. A wine with character, dry and with an enveloping perlage.
