Production area: owned vineyards in the hills between Conegliano and Valdobbiadene located at an altitude between 150 and 200 meters above sea level.

Soil: clayey, calcareous, sub-alkaline

Vinification: soft pressing of the grapes, static settling and fermentation at controlled temperature
