Created in 1979, the Noble Cuvée is the fruit of this passion. Only 14 vintages were chosen to make the Noble Cuvée Brut. It is an audacious creation allowing the wines to be sublimated by time.

The 2009 harvest offered a complex wine that is characterised by its richness, its freshness, its generous aromatic expression, and its balance. The colour is straw yellow, sparkling with fine bubbles. The aromas of pears, apricots, candied fruits, honey, acacia flowers and lime blossom form an intense bouquet.

NOBLE Champagne Brut 2004 combines the chalky finesse of Chardonnay with the structural elegance of Pinot Noir. It reveals its brilliance in a crystalline gold dress enhanced with a fine effervescence. EYE A crystalline gold colour enhanced with light green reflections.
