Sparkling Wines

Cuvée head of six great wines from the Côte des Blancs: Avize, Cramant, Oger, Chouilly, Vertus, Grauves, with a touch of Trépail, made entirely from Chardonnay. Gold color with light green reflections. Creamy mousse, very fine and excellent hold. Nose: acacia and hawthorn. Palate: nutty and citrus flavor, with a slight sensation of brioche.

Created in 1979, the Noble Cuvée is the fruit of this passion. Only 14 vintages were chosen to make the Noble Cuvée Brut. It is an audacious creation allowing the wines to be sublimated by time.

The 2009 harvest offered a complex wine that is characterised by its richness, its freshness, its generous aromatic expression, and its balance. The colour is straw yellow, sparkling with fine bubbles. The aromas of pears, apricots, candied fruits, honey, acacia flowers and lime blossom form an intense bouquet.

First clos and first territory whose grapes are vinified and blended separately, the Clos des Goisses is a unique and recognizable vineyard among all for its very strong slope. This plot of 5.5 hectares is the oldest clos (vineyard surrounded by walls) of Champagne and, above all, the steeper.
