Yellow with light golden reflections. Very fine and persistent perlage. Intense aroma, complex of peach flowers, honey and hazelnuts. Fresh and inviting taste, soft and subtle.

Pink onion skin with white foam, very fine and persistent perlage. It smells of flowers (wild rose) and small red berry fruits (raspberry). Fine and complex aroma, dry, dry and graceful flavor.
