A Champagne in its purest form, a wine that does not require dosage and which expresses the nature of the Terroir in its strength, freshness and finesse.

The clay soil of Chamery is expressed in all its elegance in this Chardonnay. A structured but elegant wine, with a fairly present vinosity, but always rich and extremely long. Only for true fans!

The perfume is so rich, complex and persistent that it is difficult to describe all the notes that make it up and that follow one another over time. Dry taste, with a fine vein and marked vivacity

Golden appearance with slightly coppery reflections. The aroma is expressive, reminiscent of the fleshy fruits of the apple orchard. The taste is vinous, long and straight; ripe apple and pear dominate.

The heart of the MV13 cuvée is based at 70% on the 2018 vintage fermented and born for 12 months in wooden barrels of the Argonne forest, to which is added a 30% reserve wine aged with solera method. After foaming, it rests in the bottle for at least 6 years before disgorging.

An autumn champagne where the mix of Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier offer a truly interesting aromatic palette. Great structure, richness and an important vinous note.

Edition with Gift Box and degraffeur, a tool designed by Champagne Henri Giraud to open the bottle of Ay Grand Cru. The MV17 cuvée is produced using 70% grapes from the 2017 vintage and the remaining 30% with reserve wine. After fermentation in Argonne forest barrels, the wine is aged on the lees for 48 months before disgorging Complex and elegant at the same time, Henri Giraud MV17 rides...
