"Assemblage 2009" by Bruno Paillard is obtained from the assembly of chardonnay (50%) and pinot noir (50%), 20% fermented in vats.

To the eye: pale gold, brilliant, almost silver, with green reflections. Very fine perlage and a little less abundant than the other wines of the Maison Bruno Paillard due to its less powerful fermentation in the bottle.
