The Vajasindi estate, on the slopes of Mount Etna, is the site of indigenous vines but it is also the home of Pinot Noir, which today finds a new expression on this volcanic soil. In fact, Duca Nero is born, the Pinot Noir sparkling with the Charmat method, which combines elegance and freshness on the nose with a palate in which a unique minerality stands out.

Fragrant, cheerful and carefree, our zero-dosage Spumante is made with Turbiana grapes, our native vine. Grapes so rich in fixed acidity made us think about the production of a classic method. Dedicated to founder Arturo, it is made using the classic method, which today represents excellence in Italian sparkling wine production. Precise characteristics, daughters of the more traditional classic method, are combined with the selection of vineyards based on location, exposure, altitude and soil type.

Harmonious wine, savory with good hints of bread crust, it must be served at a temperature of 7 ° C with first courses (risotto, fresh pasta) and well-made main courses.

Blanc de Blanc originated as a limited edition of Doppio Erre Di, from which it differed in aging time. Today it is made with only the must flower of 100% Chardonnay grapes, fermented exclusively in steel. After a period of at least 36 months on the lees, a long aging in the bottle follows, giving, in addition to the usual freshness, a pleasant evolutionary note and an important structure....
