This is an abundant and delicious harvest, this 2006 Blanc de Blancs Vintage recalls the scents of calissons and candied orange peel. Harmony and generosity are combined. Elegant wine that can be appreciated as an aperitif, but also at the table.

"Assemblage 2009" by Bruno Paillard is obtained from the assembly of chardonnay (50%) and pinot noir (50%), 20% fermented in vats.

"Assemblage 2012" by Bruno Paillard is obtained from grapes of the eight best crus in the heart of Champagne.

Blanc de Blanc originated as a limited edition of Doppio Erre Di, from which it differed in aging time. Today it is made with only the must flower of 100% Chardonnay grapes, fermented exclusively in steel.
