On the palate, a fresh wine, young with character, lively and amiable, with a rich return of spicy aromas. The finesse of the taste and the delicacy go hand in hand with a structured and durable structure.

VARIETY: Sauvignon Blanc SOIL: marine sedimentary sands alternating with yellowish-white clays AGE OF VINEYARDS: from 8 to 35 years VINIFICATION: cold storage of grape crates for 15 days, pressing of the whole grape, fermentation in steel at low temperature (14°) and subsequent refinement on the fine lees (always in steel) until the end of August of the following year....

On the palate, this is a soft-textured and smooth wine that develops notes of stewed pear and sweet spices. With the finish comes a pleasant hint of bittersweet candied orange peel. 

Le Rochoy is a unique hill in Sancerrois. It was once a Gallo-Roman quarry called "Rochetum". Flints scattered on the ground accumulate heat during the day and release it at night. The subsoil, composed of flint, gives this cuvée all its minerality. The ripening of the grapes is rapid and gives an exceptional white Sancerre.

From green reflections, to straw ones; from the notes of yellow peach and apricot to the delicately floral and citrus ones and therefore of flint typical of maturity, Riesling is a wine in constant evolution. Minerality, harmonious and rigorous palate and a surprisingly fresh and balanced acidity, are the constants on which the beautiful evolution of this Riesling takes place

Rich wine that expresses itself over time with mineral aromas. Mineral notes, flint, vegetal notes, lime blossom, pineapple.

View: straw yellow with golden hues. Nose: intense and broad with exotic fruit notes, officinal herbs and hints of flint. Taste: fresh, mineral, savoury with hints of citrus and officinal herbs. Goes well: first courses, white meats, exotic spicy dishes, fresh cheeses.

One of the most typical and appreciated white grape varieties, it is renowned worldwide for its intense and characteristic aromatic notes. A didactic wine, easy to drink and easy to match. Ageing in stainless steel makes it fresh and particularly suitable for a summer aperitif.
