Meursault "Les Vireuils" 2019 - Maison Andrè Goichot

Made of 100% Chardonnay according to Burgundian tradition, has a perfectly clear and glistening gold color. Its nose is rich and intense with aromas of brioche and caramel leading into cooked apple, exotic fruits and spices. On the palate, this is a soft-textured and smooth wine that develops notes of stewed pear and sweet spices. With the finish comes a pleasant hint of bittersweet candied orange peel. Try serving with a blanquette of veal or caramelized roast pork and mini onions.
