Unlike the 10-year classic, this product is characterized by a different recipe and a naturally intense color, given by the more prolonged aging in Spanish Sherry barrels. This Whiskey is sweeter and sharper, with a more spicy and consistent flavor.

Hatozaki pure malt Whiskey is produced by blending malts aged in three different barrels: ex-bourbon, ex-sherry and in barriques produced with the precious Mizunara wood (typical Japanese oak). Aging in Mizunara gives the distillate notes of sandalwood and incense. The nose is rich with notes of dried fruit, sweet cereals, honey, incense and sandalwood.

Cambridge Dry Gin is the expression of the four seasons, intense aromatic and herbaceous notes accompany a pleasant sensation of freshness. Juniper, black currant leaves, lemon verbena, angelica seeds, rose petals, violet petals, basil and rosemary,

Gin made from a blend of Thai botanicals, carefully selected and prepared by hand. In tasting it is characterised by its tropical character and floral notes, with a particular sweetness from pineapple and Thai sugar cane. It also develops spicy notes derived from makwean.
